Oregon Retreat

September 15-18th, 2022

Have you dreamt of a women-only retreat nestled between beautiful forest and lush vineyards? 

How about waking up to fresh, local coffee on a beautiful back deck and do a few sun salutations or a walk to set your intentions for the day before you grow with your mindset among new friends?

If yoga, health vision and mantra workshops, reiki, wine tasting, glow yoga, hiking and a 4-course meal curated by a private chef- sounds like music to your eyes then you are in for a treat. 

 We pride ourselves on being true and authentic - and not being perfect.


Here’s the deets!

Thursday evening to Sunday morning - September 15-18th, 2022 in
beautiful Sherwood, Oregon located about 30 minutes outside of Portland, Oregon.

 

Single Rooms: $1,350 

Double Rooms (shared rooms):
$1,100 per occupant

A non-refundable deposit of $250 goes towards your retreat total will be required to hold your spot for the retreat. 

Not included: Transportation to and from event site and or extra food not included in the retreat. We will ask for food allergies closer to the event.

Retreat Speakers

Victoria Buker, MBA

Victoria is a Duke Integrative Medicine Trained and Certified Integrative Health Coach, ACLM Trained Health Coach, and holds a variety of fitness certifications including RRCA Certified Run Coach, Schwinn Spin Instructor, TRX Instructor, Group Fitness, and Personal Training.

Victoria has coached well over 300 runners to their first half marathon or 5k - and countless health coaching clients to their best.

She has completed well over 100 races from 5ks up to a half ironman and an ultra marathon and loves being a back-of-the-pack runner.

Her focus during the retreat is helping our group create a focus on their goals, and how to celebrate and get unstuck, and is the backbone of the organizing (aka the ‘sexy’ behind the scenes). She lives in the oceanside town of Morro Bay, CA with her family.

Katie Allender

Katie has been practicing yoga for about 10 years. She stumbled across yoga as her dance career was transitioning and with the discovery and exploration of yoga it was a perfect transition. Katie obtained her 200 RYT at YoYo Yogi in Portland, OR in 2020 and is currently studying with Yoga Medicine to complete her 500 RYT. In addition to loving the practice of and sharing yoga, she is a First and Second Degree Reiki trained practitioner from Luminessence Reiki with CC Barber, as well as holds a 200 Hr Meditation Teacher Training Certification with Flourish Meditation. Her continual immersion of yoga education always leaves her eager for more and ready to share with her students.

When she’s not on the mat or working as a pediatric RN, you can find her backpacking trails, traveling the world or looking for her next favorite read! She is thrilled and honored to join and collaborate with Integrative Health Retreats and Victoria!

Amanda Dorn

Amanda is a Certified Integrative Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in helping women develop a healthy and balanced relationship with themselves via nutrition mindset and behavior change. With a strong focus on anti-inflammatory living, Amanda dedicates her work to women who are driven and ready for  change! She’s helped hundreds of women increase their zest for life by improving the way they feel both internally and externally. Helping to create realistic, balanced goals that aid in permanent, healthy habits is a specialty Amanda thrives off with her clients. If you’re looking to find realistic ways to reduce stress, improve energy, feel better both physically and mentally,

When she’s not supporting other women with their nutrition and lifestyle changes, Amanda enjoys hiking, reading a book (she carries one with her everywhere!) cooking and running around with her dogs.

*We are also well aware of Covid-19 and want everyone to feel safe. We will ask for those not vaccinated to wear a mask during the indoor sessions, but we will schedule as much outdoors as possible giving weather and space.​


Cancellation Policy: 

The second payment (remaining balance) is due 30 days out from the event and a new invoice will be sent automatically. If you need a payment plan - please do not hesitate to reach out - we will gladly work with you to break down the payments over time and will accept up to $250 of payment after the retreat as well. 

If WE have to cancel due to any of the below, there will be a full refund of your retreat payment to date:

​Acts of God, such as severe acts of nature or weather events including floods, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, or explosions; war, acts of terrorism, and epidemics; acts of governmental authorities such as expropriation, condemnation, and changes in laws and regulations; strikes and labor disputes; and certain accidents.
